Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Data Collection

Personal Information is information that identifies, links, relates or is unique to, or describes an individual (i.e., social security number, age, race, salary, home/office phone numbers, other demographic, biometric, personnel, medical and financial information, etc.). Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is information that can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity such as social security number, date and place of birth, mother’s maiden name, biometric records, including any other personal information that is linked or linkable to a specific individual.

There are two types of information collected online: anonymous and personally-identifiable. Anonymous Information refers to information that cannot be tied back to a specific individual. ACG receives personally-identifiable information from any person who uses the website’s “Contact Us” feature. ACG uses this information, including name, email address, and phone number, to contact individuals who seek more information about ACG’s business and personnel. ACG will not sell this personally-identifiable information to any third party. ACG does not collect anonymous information because the ACG website does not contain features to conduct business transaction online.
